I had a great time at Der Tannenbaum! The room was super clean and nicely decorated. The city views were lovely. A bummer about the shower curtain being awkward, but overall, an amazing value right near the action. I'd definitely stay again!

The location is excellent, just a short walk to attractions. However, the bathroom lacked proper water pressure, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

The logistics were clunky—the elevator starts on the first floor, meaning a stair climb with luggage to get there. The standard double room felt dated, the curtains didn't block out the early morning sun, and there was no AC to combat the heat. The bathroom was small and rather basic, and it was frustrating to find a kettle available for an extra charge. A noisy fan and fridge added to the discomfort.

The lack of a kettle in the room really disrupted my morning routine!!! The sparse outlets made charging devices inconvenient!!! Plus, I was left wanting for nearby convenience stores to stock up on snacks!!!

A hidden gem with a lovely ambiance! My room was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Impressive city views from the large windows made each morning delightful. The short walk to the city center and nearby coffee shop added to the charm. A lift made returning after a long day a breeze!

The hotel features a lovely ambiance, exceptionally clean rooms with beautiful decor, and a fantastic location for exploring Munich. The nearby coffee shop serves amazing coffee too!
